Delta RV
Brokers is a family-owned business that started after we decided to sell
the ranch and become full-time RVers, back in 1994. We
began our full-time living in a 40' fifth-wheel as we travelled the
countryside. After a few years, mother decided she needed a
'home base', somewhere she could say "I want to go home" and I'd know
where to go.
So we ventured to the Delta area in
California. Found a park right on the river to place our fifth
wheel. It was in this park we saw these cute little cottages called
Park Models. We were impressed! Couldn't believe they
were actually an RV, just like our fifth wheel. They had real
flush toilets, a full-size (I mean really full size) shower, regular house
refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, everything! It felt much
more spacious than our 40'er even with all the slides out. So
when mother said "now I could call this home", I knew we had to get one of
our own.
Over the years we have carried several different lines of park models by
different manufacturers. Only one manufacturer has
withstood the test of time, that's Cavco Industries. Cavco has
been the leader in the park model industry for
over twenty years. They have held this
status due to their standard of excellence in quality,
construction, and customer satisfaction. We have challenged Cavco on several occasions with requests
for custom built floor plans of various sizes and
configurations. Cavco has met every challenge providing us with very
happy customers.
